Complimentary shuttle service is available to and from our conference venue locations. All shuttles will run on a continuous loop on a 20-minute frequency. Shuttles will run to all conference hotels, which include:
Self-parking is available free of charge at the OSU Student Union Parking Garage located at 100 S. Hester Street.
All times are approximate; please be early to ensure schedules stay on time.
4:30-7:30 p.m. | Service runs on a continuous loop from hotels to The McKnight Center for the Performing Arts for conference registration and cocktail reception.
Those staying at The Atherton Hotel can walk to/from registration and reception.
7:00 a.m. | Shuttles depart hotels for the 7:15 a.m. President/CEO breakfast at The Ranchers Club.
7:30 a.m. | Shuttles depart hotels for the 8:00 a.m. breakfast at the Student Union.
3:30 p.m. | Shuttles depart Student Union for hotels.
5:00 p.m. | Shuttles depart Student Union and hotels for the 5:30 p.m. dinner at Gallagher-Iba Arena.
7:45 p.m. | Shuttles depart from Gallagher-Iba Arena for the 8:00 p.m. After Party at Outlaws.
10:30 p.m. | Shuttle service concludes for the day.

7:30 a.m. | Shuttles depart hotels for the 8:00 a.m. breakfast at the Student Union.
12:30 p.m. | Shuttle runs on a continuous loop from the Student Union back to hotels until all guests have departed.
1:30 p.m. | Shuttle service concludes for the day.
