Blocks of hotel rooms have been established at several hotels in the Stillwater area. Details and booking instructions are listed below.

All conference activities will be held at The McKnight Center for the Performing Arts (705 W University Ave), Gallagher-Iba Arena (Athletic Center 200) and in various rooms at the OSU Student Union (100 S Hester St). The After Party on Tuesday night will be held at Outlaws (501 S Washington St).

We are offering complimentary shuttles to and from our conference locations should you need them, but on-site parking is available in the Student Union Parking Garage.

The Atherton Hotel at Oklahoma State University

Traveling to Stillwater

Stillwater Regional Airport:

• Public transportation is provided by the Oklahoma State University (OSU)/Stillwater Community Transit System. Bus routes are operated within Stillwater City limits, including on the OSU campus.
