Transformative changes are occurring for OSUIT students. Through continual innovation, exciting new initiatives and the pursuit of excellence, the OSUIT PROUD fundraising campaign will have an immediate positive impact on our students and the industries they become a part of.

While the positive impact on workforce needs in Oklahoma and the nation is undeniable, the need for a globally competitive, highly skilled workforce continues to grow. We invite you to be a part of this extraordinary opportunity by supporting the OSUIT PROUD campaign.

Grand Old Post Office STUDENT LOFTS Project

OSUIT Student Success Center

OSUIT has purchased the Grand Old Post Office in the historic district of downtown Okmulgee in support of the downtown revitalization project led by Okmulgee Main Street. This project, dubbed Okmulgee Rising, has gained significant momentum in the last year, and OSUIT is excited to expand its campus into downtown Okmulgee.

The additional student lofts and student services downtown will boost the economy and provide better accommodations for students. The upper and lower floors of the Grand Old Post Office will be student loft housing. With your support, we would like to restore the original character and beauty of this amazing building. Together, we can restore this cherished piece of Okmulgee’s history to its original grandeur.

For more information on naming a space withing the Grand Old Post Office, contact Alea Hubbard or Glenn Zannotti.

Scholarships will increase access to higher education and enhance OSUIT’s recruitment and retention of students. Access to funding is particularly imperative for those who are economically disadvantaged and to adult students who may not qualify for federal funding programs. Scholarships support student needs for tuition, fees, tools, books and equipment. Providing additional assistance will lead to more students who complete a degree, certificate or career-skills program and enter the workforce.
