OSU Foundation COVID-19 Update

Updated March 24, 2020

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the OSU Foundation remains dedicated to uniting donor passions with university priorities to achieve excellence. We also are committed to acting in the best interest of the Stillwater community and the larger Cowboy Family.

As such, beginning Friday, March 27, the OSU Foundation will be closed to the public until further notice. The organization has equipped its staff with telecommuting capabilities and personnel will continue to perform necessary on-site office and accounting functions. We look forward to when we can resume normal operations.

A member of our team can still be reached during normal operating hours at 405.385.5100.

Stay healthy and Go Pokes!

OSU Foundation Building Hours

Effective immediately, the OSU Foundation’s building will only be open to the public Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Updated March 16, 2020

As a result of the confirmed case of COVID-19 in Payne County, the closure of Oklahoma schools through April 6 and Stillwater Mayor Joyce’s declaration of a state of emergency for the city, we are adjusting the Foundation’s physical hours of operation.

To minimize exposure and reduce the risk of spreading the virus, for the time-being the Foundation’s building will only be open to the public Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. While the building will be closed, the Foundation is still fully operational and employees are working remotely.

We made this decision to protect our staff and the health of our community. Thank you for your patience during this difficult time.

If you have any questions, please call us during these designated times at 800.622.4678 or send us an email at any time at We will return your message as soon as possible.

OSU Foundation Events Postponed

All OSU Foundation events scheduled through April 5 have been postponed until further notice, and we are continuing to evaluate events beyond that date.

Updated March 12, 2020

Classes for the two weeks following spring break (March 23-April 3) for the Stillwater and Tulsa campus will be conducted online. It is important to note campuses themselves and the OSU Foundation are not closing at this time.
