The enhanced Human Sciences facility features a 350-seat auditorium for the College’s largest classes and provides much needed space for seminars, workshops and outreach activities. The addition also provides a 2,500 square-foot professional partners suite for collaborative ventures with professionals from industry, community engagement and extension entities. The expansion allows for new cutting-edge experiential learning spaces, public-private office and conferencing venues as well as renovated dining spaces. The building invites students and faculty to gather and collaborate in ways not possible before. The renovated façade enables the building to carry itself as a western bookend to the campus’ main quad with visibility and accessibility from Monroe Street.
