Malinda Berry Fischer
Born and raised Stillwater resident Malinda Berry Fischer is a ‘60 secondary education graduate of OSU and ’62 Harvard Business School graduate. While she spent over 30 years in Rochester, New York, she returned to Stillwater in 1995 where she has contributed countless volunteer hours in support of OSU programs, fundraising initiatives and improving the culture of the university. Her tie to OSU has been deep-rooted since the university’s infancy when her grandmother became the second woman to graduate from Oklahoma A&M in 1898. Prior to accepting the Interim President and CEO role, she had served as the Vice Chairman of the Foundation for more than a year which was followed by a stint as Chairman of the Board from 2004-2005. An OSU graduate and longtime supporter of the university, Fischer is Chairman of Thomas N. Berry & Company and President of Marietta Royalty Company.
